Having trouble with wheel fitment. Need some help.

So I used the search button and couldnt find what I was looking for.

Im ready to put on some new wheels but I want the best fitment I can get with out rolling my fenders, streaching the tires is okay with me I just dont want to roll my fenders or put over fenders. Any suggestions? If I could do this with out spacers would be great too.

Im looking to get 17'' wheels so please help me out. I drive a 1991 s13 with Tein s-tech springs. I got the car with 18'' sportmax wheels from a friend but the wheels are not my cup of tea. Please help me get the best fitment I can.
