19's will fit but you will probably need to change your lower control arms to adjustable lower control arms. Also what size tires do you have on the front?

A little more info would help. IE wheel size and offset, tire size. Plus you do not need adj lower control arms on a Z. Most likely wrong offset for the front. You want in the 30 range A good size for the front is 19-9 or 19-8.5 run a tire size around 235-35-19 to 255-35-19. Hope that helps

I dont believe offset is the issue here, I saw the pic you posted in your other post. It looks like your car is lowered and the front wheel actually touches the bumper. The only way to push it back to its proper postion is (1) adjustable tension rod Megan racing has nice ones for the Z and there not bad for the money, or (2) your lower control arm may have broken from where your tension rod bolts to the lower arm, you will have to replace it if it is broken.
