having trouble with dashlight and tailights

i have 90 240sx fastback with kouki tailights

when i turn on my headlights they would pop up and lit but my dashlight and taillights are off but sometimes they would lit up while im driving

recently it hasnt been lighting and i dont want to get pulled overmy bulbs are fine the breaklights work

is there any way to fix this

ok so now your dash and tail lights don't light up at all? Only when you hit the brake?

yes sir only the brakes light on when i step on it
