well did you bleed the rears too. Also is it abs equipped? If so bleed the abs unit. Might have alot of air in the lines. Check calipers for leaks. Goodluck.

just had this prob myself, i was straped for time when i changed fluids, and i got massive air trapped in it. well i ran through two of the big bottles of fluid, and still no luck getting the bubbles out so i had to drive it for the last two days with no brakes ,and i deliver pizzas 10hrs a day, boy was that a fun time!!! well i bled the system 4 or more times still no luck my friend said i prob blew out the master with my technique... but i had this handy little tool sitting in one of our cabinets, a vacumn pump used to bleed brakes.... stick it on the bleeder valve pump it 15 times, and crack the valve open ..pssst .. did this more then 4 times on each wheel and finnally fluid was comming out , took me,i know, its sad but over 2 hrs of this to vacumn all that air out ... now my brakes are better then i have ever had them !! now if only i could get a chance to work on my Ca18det

What brakes do you have on the car? When i did my z brakes, i installed the left one on the right side, and vice versa. The calipers are identical, with the exception of the bleeder screw. Installed properly, the bleeder screw is on top. The way I installed it, the bleeder screw was on bottom. This meant brake fluid bypassed the entire top half of the caliper and I couldn't bleed the system. Maybe something similar is happening. Hope this helps and good luck!

Other than bleed did you do anything to the rear calipers? when bleeding your brakes on a NON- ABS system, always Start with the one furthest away from the master cylinder. Then work you way closer. hope you get it figured out driving with out brakes is pretty dangerous especially to your precious Pizza cargo!
