having trouble

i've been searching and searching and cant realy find an answer. so here's the problem i did the emission removal from the mod page on here then i noticed its for doing a turbo. i havent got a turbo yet would that be the reason my car has a high idle and no power? any help is muchly appreciated :wtf2:

i would probably say you have a massive vacuum leak make sure everything you removed was sealed up properly
