Having trouble removing last intake mani bolt HALP!

Can seem to find a way to get to (or even see the last bolt to take off for the intake mani)


FYI: Its for a 89 ka24e

the bolt im having trouble with is bolt 8 (top left of first picture) Bottom left bolt on actual diagram.)

I was thinking the best way to get to it would be from this hole but i still cant find it.

any suggestions
