So a few weeks ago on my normal route to work and school there was a good amount of road work as usual that I had to pass. They had cut a section of the road out and left a good inch drop that you had to hit so I slowed to a complete stop and rolled over it only for my rear end to still drop and hit the raised part of the road and crack it (ED rear). Took it to the shop where they had to fix the damage and repaint the whole thing, as well as repaint my Stillen front fascia that they had previously painted but started to develop hairline cracks everywhere. After two and a half weeks without the car they had reinforced both bumpers to make them not so flimsy and prevent more paint cracking. It came out great, cost me a ton of money that I didn't have, and I took it home happy as can be. Less than a week later after returning home from a weekend with the girl the first thing I see when walking up my driveway is my rear passenger tire completely flat. After being pissed off for an hour I got it off and brought it over to a shop to see if they could patch it. Of course the nail went in on an angle and put a pretty good tear in the tire rendering it useless. I went home and continued to be pissed off for another hour or so and to add insult to injury, some old school supplies that I had listed on Amazon for $70 that had been up for over a year had sold and I realized that I finally threw them out the week before thinking it would never sell.
So I wake up this morning and bring my wheel to a tire shop I always use to replace the popped tire and all goes well and I spend some more money I don't have. I come home, install it, and go make some food before my next class. Time came to leave and I was very excited to finally drive my car again and just as I go to get into the car I notice my driver side rear tire looked a little low. I go over to look at it and there's a nail in plain sight on the top.
Hopefully tomorrow will end my bad luck and the tire can simply be patched and I won't need another new tire. Wish me luck!

I don't understand why the hell would they start reconstructing the school one week before classes start? Same thing in my school. And like I said, Altima coupes are bad luck in-general, man. We always got that "evil" eye lol

Mannnnn dude that sucks.

They're re doing roads on campus here while school is in session lol. I have really bad luck parking this car and had never had a problem previously. Hit a bump stop and screwed the front bumper. Got side swiped by a pickup while parked and had to get the entire door skin replaced and painted haha

Corey I feel you man.... in the last few weeks I some b*tch kids rip off my spoiler with a crowbar.... causing $1300 in damage.... never found the f%&kers..... then noticed my front tires were a little low, so I replaced them.... 1 week later my rear tire had a huge nail in so I had to replace those 2....... if that wasnt bad enough my driver side window stopped working so I had to get the motor replaced......... Plus now my TPS sensor is dead and I have to replace that 2.... WTF

That Altima coupe bad luck stuff is straight up serious...

Had some d*ks key my car from the driver door down alllll the way to the driver rear light. I got it painted, parked it at school (lesson learned) had some traded paint and a giant bumper scratch mark on the door that JUST got painted a month ago. Had someone steal my NISSAN front emblem, so had to replace. Got a nail on the sidewall and had to pull over and was late to class on exam day.

This one is funny if DJ is reading...I re-dipped my rear wheel to fix some imperfection...only to find out later on in the day that majority of it was gone and it looked like someone poured gas or some kind of paint thinner because my tire shine was off on that side.

So tempted to sell it and get something less of an eye candy...eh...comes with the Altima coupe  I feel your pain Czonin

Hmm why don't you just roll OEM+?

Make the body COMPLETELY stock, keep it lowered, get rid of the nastydip, and get spacers.

It will look great to an enthusiast and quite normal to a hater.

Strange - just spotted this topic and over just the last 3 weeks -
- 2 Busted tire sensors (no fault flash, just incorrect pressure readings), the other 2 were replaced 3 months ago for the same issue.
- 1 nail in my front tire (too close to the side wall to be patched) - 300 for the OEM rubber
- While rotating the new tire to the back, the dealership dropped the rim on to the concrete floor pitting it badly, took them an additional 2 days to resurface it
- despite parking out in the middle of nowhere, got dent from someone swinging their car door into mine
