Hey guys, I'm new to these forums, thought I'd stop by and check it out.

I have a 09 G37 that I just purchased recently and I was wondering if there's any way to possibly get the windows to roll up when I lock the car, or lock the car and hold the lock button.

Thanks for any help

In your manual (ahem) it tells you all this.

And part of me wants to just say go check out your manual...but that's just not very neighborly, is it? Ok, you're not my neighbor, but your my G37 brother...

You cannot close the windows with the intelligent key...you can open them, as you have already found out.

You can open & close the windows using the 'mechanical' key. put the key in the keyhole, and turn it towards the rear of the car (unlock) for more than 1 second, and the window will open...and continue to open while the key is turned.

This also works for locking & rolling UP the windows. If you turn the key to lock it, then keep holding it in that position & after 1 second the windows will roll up & continue to do so as long as the key is turned in the lock direction.

Welcome to the forum...I'm, new too...but I've read my manual (sorry )

Hey thanks a lot for the response. I did look through the manual but obviously not thoroughly or else I would have found it.

Thanks a lot for your help.

There is an app for that :-)

But seriously, there is a mod that will do something like that. Check out the Window Roll-up module from http://www.kptechnologies.com/products.php#/17
