having sr issues. need advice

so heres's deal My old top mount manifold was cracked and then yesterday I replaced it with a manfiold that's about the same as what i have just not cracked. took a long long time had to modify it alot but anyway the car is acting really reall weird. Idk what to do now It seems to bog a bit like its sucking too hard when you rev it a bit and when you get on it it seems to stutter a little. like once or twice. boost doesn't seem has hard... felt like it needed to just be revved and get something burned out of it like it was trying to burn something off but it doesn't seem to be the case. just drives alot different as far as throttle/response. any ideas ? it's seems like severe boost leak somewhere alomst pre-turbo but can't see where that would be any one got ideas?

sounds like my car I changed manifolds from a **** Ebay to a Full Race manifold and my car ran like ****. No reason other than i changed manifolds. I had to retune the car to get it to run right.

really? I went from the xs engineering wich looks like a slightly nicer version of the typical ebay top mount wich is what i just put on for temporary use. it seemed like it happened when my leak on the manifold got really bad it just happened. but now that it's back on still does it. soy ou think tuning would help it out? Also for my next deal. i'm thinking of gt2871r with stock mounting position. what guys think of that setup. i think it would be best for me. not wanting alot more power. more reliability.
