So when I slowly accelerate and i hold it on like 2 rpms it it starts to go crazy and once it passes like 3 its fine. But the battery light turns on as if it is not being charged right, once it passes 5 rpms the battery light goes away. I just got a brand new alternator for the car last weekend. The battery is also fairly new its been a month or so since I got it. The light just started turning on. I am not sure of what it could be. Please help.

I would have the alternator tested. Not because it's new, means it's perfect. I had to carry back a new alternator because it was bad.
