having problems with my RB25det

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and just bought my very first 240sx with a RB25det engine. When i first got the car it was running perfect but when i went back to L.A for one month i had to leave the car with a good friend of mine. When i got the car back i wasnt getting the power it first had. When ever i push down on the throttle the car seems like it is not getting enough air or gasoline. I currently live in maine and it is hard to find someone that knows nothing on the 240sx rb25 swap. I tried everything i can think of and i still get the same reaction. PLEASE HELP!
