having problem with my a/c

Have a 2002 sentra gxe. The ac air will not that come out that cold when it is hot outside. When the car is at idle the air is warm and when the car is running on the freeway, it will come out a little cold. Has new radiator, radiator fans, compressor and ac charge. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Can you hear/feel the compressor kicking over? Could be that your AC isn't actually switching on.
