Hi Im new, so please dont say anything bad. Well I just bought a s13 hatch with a ca18det. The things done to the car so far are it has a t28 turbo, mbc, runing 10 pounds, walbro fuel pump. Im have a problem with the fuel. The car is running extremely rich. It bogs out alot. It seems like i dumping way to much fuel. It kinda clears up once the car is warmer and it clears once i hit boost. first nd second gear are the worst. I bought it like this. So if I can get some help PLEASE.

This motor is infamous for having problems with the walbro fuel pump over running the stock fuel pressure regulator. In my case, it had increased the fuel pressure by over 10%, which equates to quite a bit of fuel. The solution is an after market FPR (fuel pressure regulator). I personally recommend the NISMO unit, as it bolts on to the stock fuel rail. Here is a write up I made for what to do after you install it and which unit you want.

I think so. I've never heard of SR's having this problem either. It's probably because of the top-feed vs. side-feed difference in the fuel rails. The top feed poses less of a restriction to flow and so it over-runs the stock FPR, whereas the side-feed fuel rail restricts the flow enough that the FPR can cope with the extra fuel.

That's just a theory anyway...
