Having issues while in gear...TCC selonoid?

I have a 95 Automatic 240... The car feels like its struggling for either fuel or air when in gear and while im driving... when im at a stop it bogs and chugs, but doent do this when i put it in neutral... I was told it could possibly be the TCC selonoid... ??
