hey guys let me break it down so you guys understand what problem i got i dont even get it either and i need some help. I recently bought a Ka24de from ventrex (member on nico) and i also bought a High pressure P/S line from him from his junk car which was a ka24de i brought it back to my car and the high pressure line/hose ( the part which goes to the pump with the banjo bolt) does not fit but how can that be? it was his engine and his line from a 93 ka24de. i cant figure it out and ventrex cant figure it out either.

here is a pic of where it suppose to go in

here is a pic of me trying to get it in but thats how far it goes in.

and here is a pic of only the hole/nipple part of the high pressure line i have which suppose to look like this.

and i dont get why the last pic i have it looks like it a screw in type, but the high pressure line i have doesnt seem like it screws off.

i hope this makes sense to everyone lol english is not my first language but post or email me at [email protected] or aim me at s15silvia02 i can clear things up a bit more if you guys dont get it.

i hope someone be able to solve this because i dont know what the heck is going on with this i been having this problem over and over and i cant figure it out, Thank you!

What you have trying to fit into the pressure line is not the pressure lines banjo bolt. That fitting holds the outlet of the P/S pump to the pump itself like in your second pic. The banjo bolt is a different part. You're missing the banjo bolt.

Here is the banjo bolt. The bolt you have is on the left and the banjo bolt you need is on the right.
