Having Issue with misfire

I have a SR20Det Redtop its missing in cylinder 3 its sparking but not i guess combusting? im going to check the wiring and things like that. Also when i took the spark plugs out they were black and in cylinder 2 and 3 had gas but i think that's because the previous owner hooked the fuel pump to the ignition as you turn the key to turn anything on and it floods.

Also the previous owner said it had good compression but ill see for myself tomorrow.
