A common problem on the RB20's is that the spring inside comes loose and causes the car to idle super high, mine used to idle at 1800 before I hooked the spring back and cleaned it out. The other thing is, whenever you mess with any of the idle controls reset the ECU, the FSM has a process outlined.
hey cpt i tryed the IACV > idle air control valve > cleaned it put it back on and the same thing is happening........
it only starts to rev up when the AAC is plugged in, as soon as i unplug it idles just fine ........
do you guys know if there is someone else with this problem or has had this problem and fixed it...let me know
