Once again, never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups http://www.anti-rice.com click on the galleries section. Is it just me, or are most of those"ricemobiles" dumbestics? Special thanks to stickgoat for inadvertantly leading me to this amusement.
omfg, that's all hilarious. i never see any of that good stuff in my town. i like the orange civic with no bumper, it says, "who needs a bumper when you have 4 bungholes?" hehe, never thought of it that way. that's a great site that i could waste so much time on, but what would be the point? the only ricer stuff i ever really see in town are civics with altezzas and a whole lot of cars with neons and stickers. never seen anything as ridiculous as those.

oh i saw a UPS that was riced out!!! it was sweet though. nothing was really done to the body, but he had some gold rims, and fart exhaust. i wouldn't have thought that the UPS trucks were 4 cylinder, but it sure sounded like it. i guess they get to pretty much own those trucks, and do whatever to em. i was scared to drive around that guy, b/c he was whippin that tall sh.it around.

i saw a crappy '70s dodge van around here that said VAN across the windshield. ahhahaha. also there are lots of mexicans with fixed up cars around here. impalas and el caminos and such, but i keep seein this one orange late '80s accord with crazy airbrush art and gold 13" hundred spoke rims. white interior, chrome fire extinguisher, wood trim, orange H's stitched into the seats... i dont get it. is it rice or is it beans? i can't tell. sorry if i sound racist...what do we call cars done in mexican style?

It's not racist... White boys do the redneck (or ricer) thing...Black guys roll their pimp wagons with landau bars, dubs, jetplane TV antennas, and big chrome grilles, Hispanics (in my town) roll offset 13" Daytons with whitewalls ("fatties"), bass-boat paint, velour and hydro's, the Asian kids do the rice thing (differently), etc... The styles have crossed and mixed so much, it's hard to "stereotype" anymore, which is a good thing IMO.
It's all good for the hobby, and being an automotive enthusiast has alays meant doing your own thing and setting new trends, while incorporating some of your heritage or passions into your art.
