Your starter is either dead, or not getting any juice.

Do you hear a clicking sound when you turn the key to try to start the car?

if it clicks, the battery's too low.

if your clock fades to nothing when you turn the key, your battery's way too low.

if you know for a fact the battery's charged and fine, its the starter, or perhaps some connections going to it.

Does your fuel pump turn on when you turn the key?

Do your terminals look clean or did you just clean them? Trust me looking clean means nothing...try cleaning the terminals and throwing a quick charge on the battery. If you haven't had the battery tested at a parts store do it and make for certain it is good....if that don't work look for loose wires on your starter...check your ignition fuse then have your starter tested...

Is it a manual or an automatic? (Sorry, can't see pics from work if you have posted any).

If manual, it might be the clutch interlock switch.
