And it looks like I missed alot, including a local Toronto meet

Anyhow, I have some questions that I hope you can assist with.

1. My Nerf boards or running boards are really rusting out and I want to replace them, can anyone suggest a type/brand or model (maybe a link) to where I can get a set online or maybe localling in canada (toronto would be awesome). I would gladly rip them off but my ole lady and gf use it to get into the pathy and I may have some serious problems with these two ladies if I take them completely off. I searched the forums but I did not get back alot of results. I wonder if the junk yard or wreckers would have any??

2. Next month I have to do a emissions test, did any of you have problems or even failed the test? What were the issues? I have never done an etest on the pathfinder (2000) and for some reason I am a bit nervous about it. I do my regular fluid changes and I use only premium gas (from shell - V Pwr) but I am still nervous.

I have to post up some updated pics, time is of the essense lately and I do not have alot of it

Anyhow, glad to see that all on the board are doing well

you could get your running boards rewelded/reworked, it may be cheaper, its what im going to do with mine. As far as e-test, I did mine last year...i have 02 sensor codes yet passed with flying colours. If your that nervous about it get some of that "guaranteed to pass" fuel additive at canadian tire, alot of my friends use it and they all pass. could be just a gimmick, but its worth the try.

I failed my emmissions tests every year here in NC & kept having to pay tons of money in fines & parts trying to get the Mule to pass so I finally gave up on the legal way of things & reregistered it in another county that doesn't do emissions tests (only safety)

Nope. My insurance is in the county my vehicle is registered in, but they don't care anyhow. I had insurance in a different county than the county my registration was in & they didn't care because it still all NC (the states getting their money either way)...

Hey, some of my buddies were saying that their WRX's could do better off road than our pathy's

I said really - and showed them your truck...They ceased to comment LOL
