haveing some heating trouble in my 94

ok so i have a 94 vert and the heat works fine but the controls dont work the hot/cold one works and the fan speed works but you cant change from any of the vent setting it is just always coming out the top vents the lights on the buttons dont light up with head lights so i thought the control might be bad so i went to the junk yard and got one today same problem any one know whats up?

Is the vent flapper stuck somehow? Did you test for power to the actuator? Any blown fuses?

no blown fuses and i would think its not the flap or the motor because the lights aren't coming on but it still could be are those behind the glove box or what

Under the dash behind the radio. Removed the bezel, radio and glove box and you can see it there I think. It's been a while since I messed with mine.
