You shouldn't wait too much longer to get that rash checked out.

Seriously though, I've noticed it a few times. I just attributed it to crappy internets at work, but maybe that isn't the case.

I've had the same problem for a while now. It's running pretty quick today, though. I'll look up and the page will still be loading, and it won't scroll down to where I left off when I go back, it just sits there and I have to find where I was again.

Just now between 4:45 and 4:55, it wouldn't load at all. SO I went job hunting at Craigslist and came back, it was better.

I wouldn't buy a coffee table off Craigslist, and you go there looking for a job. You, sir, are much less paranoid than I am.

I got plenty of jobs off CL :naughty:

No seriously, I just got hired as an artist for several projects. Got some stuff last year too, through CL, for IT work.

I do have a very finely-tuned BS filter. So finely tuned, in fact, that it actually blocks the whole site and all its derivatives.

I already did. Why do you think I'm telling you to check it out. Might want some antibiotics...

Next time it happens, tell me what's showing in the status bar that's holding up the page load.

We spent quite a bit of time a couple days ago working on page load times and fixed a lot of little stuff... not to say we didn't miss something.

Sometimes I can't click on the "Nissan 240sx & Silvia" link. Usually I just go to "Gen Chat" and the problem will be fixed. :gotme

The login page had been loading slow as balls(2-3 minuets before chrome would fill in my user name and password) for the last few weeks, but a couple days ago it started to load in a timely manner again.

it happens randomly... and i've yet to figure it out

sometimes when it holds up i get real confused... it's exactly as dave described where it goes out for a few minutes at a time basically... but the weird part is once it loads, i notice a few people were still able to post while mine was out :gotme
