Have torque but no HP

Hey guys got another issue with my z its a 90 na 5spd. And just today my car has no horsepower. It has plenty of torque though i can break the tires loose easy as hell. Just when im out of first gear its sluggish. Takes for ever to get to 80mph. I have new MAF, coolant temp sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, did timing belt like 2 weeks ago, pop charger last week, full exhaust, no cats, and thats all been done within the last month. And new tps. Any help would be appreciated

Vacuum Leak or Timing issues, confirm the ignition timing is correct with a timing light and check to make sure the belt hasn't skipped a tooth. also get a vacuum leak test done.

Ignition timing is dead on havent checked belt yet my underdrive pulley set just came in today i will check the belt than. Its fine in second gear also just like when im on the high way and floor it it dont move for s***.

Could a dirty air filter do this? I did alot of bondo sanding with the hood open ??

Re did the timing today still running the same. No vac leaks ive checked several times. I dont know why it has no power

What Nolimit said, also check for codes(sure you already did this). Another thing often overlooked for this type of issue, o2 sensors. put the ECU in mode II.
