So I documented all my problems since the year 2021 online. After reveiw
there was 0 mention of me having to bleed the clutch every couple of days until after I took it to a shop for a clutch job. There are 0 leaks so obviously it's just sucking air in. Could be new pressure plate is bad so it has to have total movement which can only be achieved by a fresh bleed every couple of days. The shop put in 4 clutch kits because the 1st 3 were making a loud tapping noise. Luk is installed now... Right when you shift the gears there is a boat motor sound As if it's in a coffee can... In the clutch area And of course I have to bleed the hydraulics every 3 days But there is 0 leaks I've changed the master and slave dozens of times to oem now....no results.

Just some arm chair thoughts and thinking........When the clutch assembly was replaced did you go by the vehicle vin number or by vehicle application? Does the transmission shift smoothly in all the gears? Was the pilot bearing or bushing replaced? You haven't replaced the gear lube recently? Check the check the clutch pedal assembly for wear, and when engage and disengage the pedal check for excessive movement in the firewall. Are you manually bleeding the slave cylinder or power bleeding. Another possibility is a crack in flair at the slave cylinder or it has been overtightened to the point where the flair has been distorted and is no longer sealing causing air to enter the system. This would explain why no fluid loss.

Something inexpensive and worth a try. Take some Teflon pipe sealing tape and wrap it around fitting on the slave cylinder and the master clutch cylinder. Don't use a liquid sealer. AGAIN whenever you purchase parts for your truck ALWAYS use the vin number. The Nissan hardbody trucks were. Manufactured. In the United States Canada and over the pond
