Here is your treatment:

Breakfast
First, a little hair of the dog.

Then some solids and potassium

A bit of caffiene to boost you up after that shot wears off

More potassium and easy to keep down

Morning snack

AT LEAST three of these

And a TON of this

I wouldn't go with the sugary gatorade drinks...at least get the low cal ones. They taste almost identical but have 1/5th as much sugar.
My Irish hangover cure this morning...well...2 pm... was corned beef and cabbage :woot: . Nothing like nearly vaporized beef, beef fat, and mushy cabbage. Probably salty as f*** but it hit the spot.

I felt pretty good today. Then again, I really didn't do anything last night.

We actually corned our own beef this year... It only takes about a day to prepare, and if you use brisket, you don't need to worry as much about fat. ;)
