I just got through rebuilding my motor after almost 2 years now. s14 sr, all put together. CAS is positioned right, fuel lines lined up on the right sides of the fuel rail, coilpacks are sparking. stock NA code (kouki) ecu with safc2 wired in. it is cranking over but not combusting. I did not check the voltage across the injector plugs yet, but right now i will assume the injectors are not spitting any fuel because there is no combustion happening with the spark and i see no fuel in the cylinders. also, second problem, don't know if its really related, might be, maybe not; the fuel pump is not turning on. I manually wired it to the battery to send fuel to the fuel rail because it wasn't priming. It's like the plug isn't working? seems like the connections are good.... was definitely working in september of 2008 when it was last 100% functioning. the gas gauge is not reading the gas either, which by the way is filled up with 93 octane from september 2008 (when it was 4$... lol). that is what makes me assume the the entire wiring on that side isn't sending anythinng. the fuse for the pump looked good.

soooo knowing all this, what do you think? did i skip over anything?

yes i know how to search so you can assume i went over most threads that invovled this

Double check all your fuses, thats probably why your fuel pump isnt priming, then wire it back properly. Id bet money that if you get the pump to prime then you will get fuel to the injectors & it will fire up.

lol yeah relay rather. You might want to check your ignition switch as well to see if its sending the signal properly
