have spark and fuel but not starting

im working on and buddy of mines Sr.we have 40 PSI of fuel pressure we check all coil packs are firing.brand new cam angle sensor.and it threw a code 11 cam angle sensor.and half the time we get a 55 no codes.i've search and im clueless.
