Have Some Questions, Need Some Answers

I just registered today and also just today decided that i want a 2006 Infiniti G35 X. was also looking at the newer models and also acura TLs but finaly decided on the 06 G because it is affordable and nice for a first car.

I have Decided all the details sbout what exactly i want in it. I want a white 2006 G35X sedan with tan interior with the tan dash (not black), Bose sound system and nav.

Now i was watching a youtube video and he had some kind of navigation/dvd system or something like that in his dash by were you put the cd's in. All i wanted to know is what that was and that were i can get one and get it installed from.

all i want to know is that what is better, the dvd/nav thing or the bose system with the stock nav???

the first video is of an aftermarket double-din in dash head unit. there are several places to get ones similar (eg. crutchfield). you have to make sure that you get the double-din conversion for the console to be able to get one like that installed.

as for the second video and concerning what is better between the stock, bose, or other system i am not sure, i have the base stereo and its fine for my needs right now.

i am sure some other members will chime in with more info to fill in my gaps. hope that helps at least a little
