i started the car today to do some install stuff on my stereo and i noticed large amounts of white smoke coming from the exhaust, it doesnt smell like burnt oil. my theory is that this smoke is because I let the car sit for a few days at a time before I start it. the car is not my daily driver, but I start it 1-2 times per week. and the second problem is the AC is freezing when it works, but then there are days when the air is not even cool. I have taken it to an AC place 3 times and they cannot seem to find the problem, my girlfriend has a friend that has a 240 and it has the same problem. I was wondering if anyone has or had this problem and knows of a solution.thanks alot.-kyle

could the smoke be water building up and then burning off?

If you are only starting and not driving it is probably water evaporating from the exhaust system. It will eventually rust a hole in something and find its way out...

The AC might just be your compressor going bad. there are some performance compressor on the market now so check into those. Ill try to find where I found them at and get back to you.
