my problem is this, where I tempture control, is the light to see it works sometimes :;the air and a/c still work but don't know how to fix it. Please!!! help.

What kind of car? If we're talking 90-93Q, and the whole display is blanking out intermittantly, go to http://www.jerrytucker.net

That's the easiest way to fix it. Trying junkyard takeouts is a waste of $$ in my experience because the problem is so widespread.
