Is one better than the other if all things are equal otherwise.

I have the TCU out of the 93 already

Unless these 2 trannys are recent Nissan rebuilds, they are both older than dirt and questionable as far as worth the time and dollars to install in your car- especially if they have been sitting unused for some time{like from a wrecked Q in the junkyard}

If you plan to keep your Q for a few years or more, seems a nissan reman transmission will be the best choice financially and time wise{do it once} over the long run{the next 60-100K miles of trouble free life}
