Unless it's included as a kit WITH the turbo almost everything will need a little tweaking. That said, just get an S13 kit and tweak away. I know quite a few guys on here have done this already, maybe they will chime in. I fabbed all of my stuff, but that was before EBay had any kits for the KA. I'll be buying the S13 kit and tweaking it next time around...that is if I don't go with a water/air cooler.

I know with mine, the SR cold pipe lines up pretty much perfectly. Granted this is an S13, but the throttle bodies on SR v. KA is the same pretty much.

On the hot side, you can just get straight pipe, the right degree couples and cut it all it. That's what I did

Hack jobs work fine. High quality silicone, hairspray, and T-Bolts have a very high success rate, even at high boost levels.

The price difference between a hack job and a tig welding custom job is enormous, not really enough to justify doing it the 'right' way unless you know a welder with a tig setup or have cash to burn.

However i love only having 4 couplers on my IC system..

I only have 5 couplers... and if you use a hack job, spend the extra couple of dollars on T-Bolt clamps. It's worth it, trust me.

But hairspray? Hows that involved? lol

Hairspray is sticky when dried. What you do is, spray the ends of the IC pipes to be coupled with a light coat of hairspray, then install your couplers. It acts as a temporary 'glue' of sorts. <-- WD

I used to use it to keep the handle grips on my BMX back in the day. Nothing like flying through the air in a table top and having the grip come off.

I used it on the IC pipe and it held 14 psi for 3 days without me even having the FMIC output pipe coupler clamps on. Only because I forgot to tighten them...they were just sitting there. So yeah...it works.
