ive just recently blown up my sr20 and it just scratched the surface of what i want. I have been looking into rb25 for quite some time now but some say that the stock rings are not good for much than stock power and some say they can handle 500+. I want to get the rb and put the greddy manifold get a clutch and upgrade to a gt3076 i think yea and give it some more fuel do you guys think it could take that on stock internals id like 15psi+maybe i will tune it thanx in advance

If you are not planning on tuning it, save yourself the time and money because you're building an expensive big boat anchor. And obviously the RB25 can handle higher than stock hp...the 500 number is close enough for this discussion.

now i dont know much about internals of an engine but the ringlands are where the ring are set on the piston right, and what makes them bad, does geting aftermarket pistons solve that problem
