Have a questions about Coilovers and Alignment?

OK so this past weekend I installed Tein coilovers on my coupe. I have an appointment at Firestone tomorrow morning to get the alignment done. I left the coils are the height Loop had them at when I bought them from him. It looks as if it's at similar height as the eibachs (No Porblem for me). I'm going to get the alignment done and would like to know if I drop the car down in the future if my alignment is going to be affected or not since I got the alignment done at a different height? I hope you guys know what I'm asking. Any help is welcomed. Thanks in advance.
