hatch/rear bumper replacement help please

so i'm goign to be replacing the hatch on my 90 Z32 fairlady, and i'm wondering if anyone could walk me through as to the easiest way, to do either of them, has anyone done either?

any information would help please

the ahtch was covered recently, you'll need spare hands to hols the hatch, pull the struts and all the interior trim, then disconnect all the pulgs and pull the wiring out of the hatch, the headliner needs to be dropped at the rear to get to the mounting bolts, remove and replace, once you know what your doing it takes no time
