hatch leaking

I have a 90 240 hatchback. I'm having issues with my truck always getting wet so I started tryin to find the leak its not the actual hatch seal more like the metal underneath it. I can't seem to trace where the waters comin in all I know is it seems to be running down through the panels and leaking into the trunk. anyone know of any common leak spots I should be looking at. oh and this is only on the right side of the hatch.

Yeah i had the exact same problem, open the hatch and you will see a rubber grommet that some wires go through, you should be able to seal it with some black rubber adhesibe (Permitex i think it is) and it should fix it. just pull out the grommet and wipe it off then put the glue all around it, stuff it back it in. that should fix it.
