hatch interior roof pic REQUEST

I need a picture of the inside roof of a hatch with a sunroof without the headliner. it looks like someone cut something out of mine and i wana know what it should look like and how im suppose to fix mine. ill post pics of mine later today. searched but i couldnt find anythingthanks

the sunroof does leak but im getting that replaced But someone cut a part off on both side and im wondering what they cut and what it does

well i wouldnt know because the person who cut it replaced the sunroof with glass from a honda sunroof and put sealant all around it some people

Hey buddy, I'm being serious. Your car used to not have a factory sunroof.

That's an aftermarket sunroof with the roof frame cut to get it in.

Everythings ok, but that also explains why it leaks.

I've seen sunroof hackjobs like this before and I steer clear of them. Good luck with the new project!

It looks like you have a chuki model (1993) and HAD a map light mount as well that was in the roof frame. that's what is circled here. (black plug for map lights) Map lights are 2 little lights, one for driver one for passenger and I think they only came on chuki models because none of my pignose cars had any. The white plug in the rear is for a regular dome light back behind the sunroof.

ahhh yes yes thank you very muchi had a suspicion it didnt have one before i do indeed have a chuckithat just reassures me so im probably gonne delete it and weld some metal over itthanks that saves me some money on getting a replacement sunroof

lol yea i mean a sunroof would be nice but 1 i doubt ill use it and 2 itll be a pain in the arse to fix itthis will indeed be a project but its ok because its my project and my first car

I searched google for 240sx headliner.This guy's sold his car since I think... sucks. Was a great build thread.Car's a coupe, so the roof frame might be slightly different. headliner no map lights: His build thread:zer...hread
