Here it is.... I know, I know, e-bay = evil, but still. 200 bucks and 310rwhp holding power. Seems worth a glance. Anyone have experience (first hand preferably) with this type of clutch? No speculations, only real factual knowledge.

It might be a good deal, but you never know till you try. Usually with car parts, you get what you pay for. If your car is a daily driver, do you really want to risk putting a sketchy clutch in? If it's not a daily driver, go for it and let us know if its crap or not

i sure as hell will do that. they say 6 puck with springs chatters... but i don't really mind chatter. for the buck it's a good bang. (reverse, right)

s13guy, you are a lovely flower on top of a tall mountain. it was completely pointless of you to post information that was ultimately irrelevant to my question. you have no life. next time try not increasing your post count by posting for no reason. if you don't have anythign to say in regards to what I'm asking (the first time around), then just DO NOT POST ANYTHING. Lovely piss contest this was. peece out.

Sorry, I am not into same-sex courtship.
sil80drifter wrote:it was completely pointless of you to post information that was ultimately irrelevant to my question.
You know what is irrelevant? You question is totally irrelevant. You posted this before in another forum, no answer, so you post in the technical? Where is the relevance . Your question does not belong in the technical forum, it belongs in a general chat forum. This is a place for technical questions, not to see if anyone has tried the latest jdm craze. My classes are usually filled with boredom, so I expect there to be technical questions in the technical forum! If no one answered your question, drop it. When your new clutch malfunctions, come back then.
sil80drifter wrote:you have no life.
I guess I don't have much of a life when I dedicate all of my class time to answering your petty questions.
sil80drifter wrote: next time try not increasing your post count by posting for no reason.
What? Have you seen the technical forum lately? I have been answering most of the questions, cretin.

It's to discourage you from posting something like that again in this forum, so I'll keep doing it till you stop, cretin.

You lackluster grammer and spelling isn't a very good representation of yourself at 22. I can't believe that let you out of school without knowing how to speak or spell.

seriously, wft, if I read a post and had nothing worthwhile to say I would not post something silly. (but i guess that's how you got so many posts). if you read anything you would have gathered that sil80 has been all about the KAT scene for a quite a bit. and knows his ****, hell, i too am looking for a good, cheap clutch ^^KAT

S13 guy, these forums are here to help people. sil80 had a legitimate question and you jumped all over his *** like he had stabbed your mother. It's great you're answering a lot of questions on this forum, and posting good info, but that doesnt mean you run the place. If you think a question is stupid, don't bother with it.

Please tell me how his question was of any relevance to the technical forum and I'll leave forever.

He needed a new clutch, saw a deal on ebay and wanted to know if anyone was running the same item, and if so, how it held up. Did he post in the wrong forum? I don't know, but I probably would have posted a question like that here too. Maybe general chat is where it should go, but the point is you didn't have to attack him for it.

Is this a technical question? No, it's not.
Bronze MFP wrote: Did he post in the wrong forum? I don't know
He did, admit it.
Bronze MFP wrote:but I probably would have posted a question like that here too.
Well then you would have been wrong and flamed too.
Bronze MFP wrote:Maybe general chat is where it should go
You just said you didn't know if he posted in the wrong forum.
Bronze MFP wrote:but the point is you didn't have to attack him for it.
I didn't attack him, he personally attacked me. I told him to "stop posting" and that was that. I never attacked him in any way, he did. He came at me with fists flaring and personal attacking me. I expect an apology from those who have excused his behaviour and the personal attacker himself.

Let me rephrase for the sake of getting more info about this clutch: It's a 6 puck sprung clutch that holds a good amount of power. It has a very high % of holding pressure over the stocker. I would like to know if anyone has experienced it, so I can understand how it compares to other clutches and their respective attributes.

To me this is not a general topic like "why are 240s cooler than Civics" or "did you see my car drive by last week"The question referrs to a specific car part which I am curious about, and anyone's experience with that part.

I'm sorry for letting this thread get off topic. This is my thread, and I've failed to keep it in check.I'll try harder, because I value this forum and its contributors and members.

So.... anyone ever buy a not-well-known brand clutch off of ebay and can say anything about it? Specifically this type?
