The OEM rear Q45a 20mm anti-sway bar bushings make a creaking noise that becomes irritating in the winter. I've used some silicone grease to quieten the noise a couple times in the past. I noticed that I have a set of ES 7.5118G 20 mm poly bushings for a Maxima/I30 front anti-sway bar.

Has anyone tried ES 7.5118G 20 mm poly bushings for the rear anti-sway bar?

I have the black energy suspension bushings in the rear, No grease fitting. I am getting a creaking noise over bumps when going at parking lot speeds. The front sway bar bushings are the greasable ones. But I get the same creaking noise from the front and rear.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Paul! After a second look, the Maxima bushings are too small. I found a new looking set of Q45a bushings in my parts stash. I think I'm going to try "Synthetic Green Grease" this time as it is supposed to be good for boat trailer bearings that are submerged in water. I also have some "Red Grease" I could try.

The Green Grease MSDS:

Distillates, petroleum: solvent refined heavy paraffinic: 30-50%
Residual Oils, Petroleum: solvent-refined: 10-30%
Lithium Carboxylate: 5-20%
Carbonic acid calcium salt (1:1): 1-15%
Polyisobutylene: 1-15%
Proprietary Ingredients: 1-5%
Zinc and zinc compounds: 0-1%

Did you find some with grease fittings or did you add fittings to the stock bushing mounts? I would sure like to install some with fittings.
