i'm tired of searching and comming to the same threads that are thrown off my stupid comments. I have seen one video of a blacc 240sx with bronze rims on a dyno stating it was being tuned with i think GT2530's not sure but it was twins. If the motor goes in with the twins why are ppl not upgrading the twins and switching to large singles. In other words can you keep the twin turbo setup on the rb once in the 240?

would it have cost him more for a big single? hows the ride? i was told a hks Kai would be a waste wondering how two smaller one's would be maybe a strong midrange!!

Just to clarify, you are talking specifically about a RB26, right?

no i'm doing a rb26 swap but wanted to kno in general way ppl steer away from continuing the twin turbo setup maybe hks gt3037's or smaller just to throw a turbo out their....seems like you would get better spool ups and more thrust.

Dude, you keep typing that half english garbage and this will be the last post of yours I even try to read.

An appropriately sized single can spool just as quick as twins. A big single can simplify things, be cheaper, and looks cool. Then again, if they aftermarket twins are bolt on, they could be cheaper.

Use proper grammar and spelling.

most the time the RB26 swapped 240sx owner is expending all his/her budget on getting the swap done initially. Thus, not leaving much money for a complete turbo upgrade (turbo, injectors, tune, etc.)

The twin turbo vs. single turbo argument is an endless debate.

Common practice is to swap in a motorset with factory components (turbo, fuel, tune) before upgrading to figure what type of black box of a motor you are working with.
