Has anyone try SEA FOAM?

Has Anyone Try Sea Foam Before. I have been thinking about running it with my Gas. But I have Hear People Say it can us on other part of the car too. Which I don't know, I just know people told me it clean my injetors.

So if you try it before please give me feedback and what other part of the car can I use other then running it with my Fuel!
