from the dealing I have had with that company I wouldn't do any buisness with them. - better off building your own setup, took us about weekend to mod a front crossmember/tranny mount and rear subframe to hold a R200 modified diff unit(from G35).

andrew at san demas auto is a great guy and they do great work.

I have seen their cars in person, and quality of work is great.

I'm going a different direction with my vq swap then they are willing to go.

Unlike everyone (minus SpecD) I'm doing my swap to be legalized, so that means I need to use a factory ecu and cats. I think that once it is legalized and the processed is worked out the VQ swap will be allot more popular.

I am going the same route as you- I had a 05 G35 coupe that was totalled so I decided on the swap. Already shortened the engine bay harness and finishing on the NATS/tranny unit this weekend. As far as the "Wonderful" guy part I couldn't agree with that from the experience I am still having with that group. Anyways, good luck with your swap.-CLARK

Did you google that? I have a thread on these pages where I built a high compression VQ35DE and installed it into my 1989 240sx coupe. I've been driving it for about 6 months now. Check it out.

VQ35DE in S13 in progress.....zerothread?id=207033

I have built two of them, one normal, and the other high compression. Soon, I will be starting another VQ build for my 240. 4.0L from a VQ35 block. Swing by and check it out. If you cant find it, go to google and look it up.
