My 1990 240SX is still riding on all the original front end [and all other chassis] bushings, but I have only 104,000 miles on the car. I guess the question is "Is age or mileage the governing factor?"

I'd just go with standard replacements from any auto parts store. No need to re-invent the wheel if your factory style is working fine.
