Has anyone tried Royal Purple in their automatic transmission? And if so, how does it perform? I recently changed my rear differential fluid to royal purple and would like to do the same for my transmission and eventually for my motor oil. I plan on keeping my car for as long it works, I'm not the type to change cars every three years for the sake of doing it. So I try to take good care of my cars jus as my family has always done with our Infinitis'.

He's not talking about the engine oil...

He was aking about the transmission. Unless you change your transmission fluid every 3K miles.

I haven't heard of anybody changing out the transmission fluid to Royal Purple. I thought about it but thought better because the Nissan fluid is designed specifically for our trannies and the dealer (of course!) didnt recommend it.
