4 x 950cc injectors for $300???

http://www.importpoweronline.c...=1107

These are misti, but can be made to fit, infact they may just fit.I've seen two style of misti injecotrs, some are direct replacements, and the other (which I have) can be made to work.

I don't think anyone of us have actually tried anything over 720cc or 72 lb/r=hr injectors and for most, the reason is that they don't such a huge injector. You, I and couple of others around here are on some 'ole crazy power trip that will require nothing less than 96 lb/hr or greater. And besides, most don't even have the computer programmed or system that can control them. $300 isn't bad at all.

They do smaller injectors too 400-950, all are $300 I think.Have a look...

Just wondered if anyone had tried them or heard anything about them because it does sound hideously cheap, I paid more than that for my S/H HKS/Denso 720s, if these were any good I'd sell the 720's and go for the 950's, I don't want to be playing with FPR's if I can help it.

The old ND car is running 1000cc's @ 92% duty for 516 RWBHP.I have no idea at what fuel pressure or AFR though as that seems like a pretty low figure for that amount of fuel.

I've been doing the math and you should be able to see up to around 524hp @ 100% duty cycle on a 4 cylinder motor with the 72 lb/fr or 720cc injectors. the only variables will come into play is bore x stroke and tuning. Maybe they are having tuning issues. Is the old ND car the white one that one revving to around 9k rpm? One thing to nice is where the power drops off at on that car. Kinda makes no sense to rev it so high anyway, but it looks and sounds nice in video form.

Yeah the white one, I saw it on track on Saturday, infact was on track with it.It's fast and sounds cool. :)

It's limit did get reduced back to 8.5k for a while, not sure what it is now but there were concerns that the oil pump couldn't cope with the 9k.It makes peak power at 7.7k IIRC.

524bhp with the 720's @ 100% yeah? That's what I make it roughly.

It may be that they are just keeping a nice safe/cool 11:1 AFR, I don't honestly know but does seem very low.

I am making some enquires RE the injectors, would be good if they are direct replacements. :)Are these makes you mention above any good, I've not heard of them, I've only heard of Bosch, Jecs and Denso.

I use the same style injector as the ones in the link you posted. They are all the same injector, but with a different badge. I mean , they are even the same color. I've used MSD 50 lb/hr injectors (109% duty cycle at 18psi of boost) and am now currently running 72 lb or 720cc injectors in my g/f's car, but tuning gets tricky around thse bigger injectors. But at that price, it's an excellent deal.

What turbo are they using on that vehicle? Would be a good FYI! And also, is that motor bored/stroked? I am running on the stock bore. Heavy attention to detail have been given to the head. Being that it is outfitted in JUN components to include the solid lifters, I plan on seeing a least 550whp, but am targetting 600 or better.

Dee, The turbo is a modifies TD06 with a 25g compressor, it has 84mm JE pistons but not stroked, it has a steel crank though. The head is heavily modifiled an the combution chambers reworked I think. Here's the spec, it's pretty up to date.http://www.sxoc.com/site/rides...D=112

What turbo are you going to be running Dee?

Trigger, so those injectors are direct replacements for the stock CA ones or did you have to rework the manifold or fuel rail at all?

The reason i ask is because i have fitted Evo6 injectors (560's) to my car but had to do loads of work on the fuel rail, manifold and a bit on the head. I bought some HKS 720 evo injectors expecting them to go into my modified fuel rail etc but when they arrived they were just the same as stock so I've sold my modified setup and reverted back to stock.

I'm buying my SC-52 from them, so far they have been very good at replying to my mail (within 30mins), but then I haven't given them any money yet. They have already warned me that there will be a 4-6 week wait.

Look here at the difference in injectors...

Do your injectors look exactly like this, can you take a picture of them for me please??

And a few pics of the modded fuelrail and manifold are in here...http://bagpuss.swan.ac.uk/200sx/fuelrail/

Mmm they look to me like the Evo 560's on the right of the comparison picture to me, if that's the case they won't drop straight in, they are too short.

Do they have a twin jet, or single jet pintle cap?Do you think you could measure the overall length for me please?Sorry to be a pain.

I'll update: This is one of my old MSD 50 lb/hr injectors. It measures 2 3/4 inches in length and it is a direct plug and play for the CA18DET fuel rail.

Sorry to hijack the thread but are the EVO 560s and GTR 444s play and play on the CA fuel rail?

Cheers for that Dee

The GTR (RB26) adn GTi-R(SR20) 440s are, but the evo 560's aren't.
