Has anyone taken apart the lighting switches on 91-93 240SX?

I have spent the entire day today trying to find the source of my missing high beam on the left and missing low beam on the right side. I finally found the left high beam problem is from the lighting switches. I removed the entire signaling switches but was unable to open it up (in a safe way)...

Has anyone opened one up before?...Specifically that white part in the back...or is there any other way to open it up without breaking it?

BTW, how much is a new one or one from a junk yard?...Can't seem to find either one online or on ebay...
