Has anyone. replaced stock with screen radio 02 Q45

hi guys, Wanna replace my stock radio with a new screen radio. wanna know if anyone has attempt to and do panel control buttons work with new radio. talk to a few people about it, looks like they dont carry them for 02 Q45

It's been done on the same system: topic545548.html. this method still maintains the functions of the stock screen, only relocating them south.
I've also more commonly seen the tape player removed and a small screen put in its location woke leaving the top screen untouched. No info on whether the tape player is stashed back there and spliced into or completely removed to use its harness.
