Has anyone replaced side mirrors with ones that blink/light up?

Im looking to change my side mirrors to the ones where it lights up on the housing when your blinkers are on (or light up as parking lights), has anyone done it? Is it hard to remove/install, and does it even look nice?

I haven't seen it done yet, but I'll bet someone has done it. I like the look of my mirrors. I wouldn't change them out for ones with an amber piece of plastic, personally. If I could find a mirror that had the blinking leds behind the mirror glass (like a Chevy) I would do that.
