Has Anyone Rebuilt their calipers?

I am looking to rebuild my calipers, rears and front? Someone told me that i should go out and get rebuilt ones, but there are charging me 130 each for rears and about 90 each for fronts..... (canadian $$) I am wondering what i would need to rebuild them myself? and is it difficult?

in the fsm it has greatly detailed pictures,IF your store has the parts I would say try to d-i-y. I tried to but the store said only rebuilt callipers available.

Cool, i gunna see if i can get the parts to rebuild them my self, how about painting calipers? just sand them down and spray paint them? or should i try and get them power coated??

i had mine rebuilt for about the same price....somewhere down in florida. The quality was pretty good...
