I know most of you must be somewhat familiar with this book by Corky Bell. I was just wondering how many of you have read it and how it has helped you?

yeah I have it and Ive read it a couple times, I flip through it all the time... it helped with the formulas and whatnot as far as picking compressor trims, and it had a lot of basic info in there that I think would be valuable to a lot of people. ...but the book is kinda dated. It was written about 7 years ago, and while that isnt exactly ancient, there are still a lot of things that are available now that he hasn't covered. Much of what I found in his book, I also found in other places around the net.

Still, it's a nice resource to have for reference. Its nice to be able to flip through it and clarify a point that you werent quite sure about or whatever whatever. I reccomend picking it up.

Of course I've read it. It's like the bible of turbocharging. I used the formulas in the book to design my turbo system. Turbo selection, intercooler size, piping diameter, etc. Definatley a very good read.

Yeah I have read it completely about twice, but I'm always flipping through it and reading sections.

I just purchased the book...I kinda figured it would be a bit dated because the first time I heard about this book was awhile back ago when I was going to turbo charge the Mustang. Anyways...I have a lot to learn and I hope this book will help me out. Thanks guys for the replies.
